Danyiel OHearn

President

With more than three decades of leadership in real estate operations, cost management, and project oversight, Dani brings a wealth of experience to every endeavor. Her career has spanned roles as Vice President, Director of Operations, and Principal Cost Manager, overseeing multi-million-dollar developments, complex renovations, and large-scale property portfolios across North America and EMEA. Dani has a proven track record of turning underperforming assets into top performers, negotiating favorable terms in high-stakes environments, and leading diverse teams to exceed ambitious goals. Her expertise covers compliance, strategic planning, construction cost control, and operational excellence — all underpinned by a results-driven, solution-oriented approach.

When she is not immersed in complex projects, you can find Dani hiking Colorado’s mountains and sharing snacks with the woodland creatures from her patio. She is an avid fan of live theater, a curious baker always exploring new bread recipes, and, on occasion, a hands-on builder of single-family homes. Whether in her professional or personal life, Dani thrives on challenge, creativity, and the satisfaction of seeing plans come to life.

With more than four decades in the building and infrastructure industry, Jerry brings a unique perspective to Owners Representation and mission-critical project delivery. His career began as a certified welder, evolved into becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in California, and advanced through leadership roles at UC Davis and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory before founding a highly successful project management firm. Over the past fifteen years, he has directed more than $5 billion in data center projects across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, completing over a dozen large greenfield and expansion facilities.

Jerry’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from early planning, design management, and cost control through construction oversight, commissioning, and closeout. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to resolve complex challenges, he combines technical rigor with what he considers the true measure of success: clear, proactive client communication that ensures stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and satisfied. He is equally passionate about building strong project teams and mentoring the next generation of industry professionals.

When he’s not guiding mission-critical projects, Jerry enjoys life on Colorado’s Front Range with his wife and business partner, their five children, eight grandchildren, and the world’s cutest Dachshund. His hobbies include metal and woodworking, as well as restoring classic cars to their former glory
